Thorens TD201 turntable with phono amplifier
Integrated phono preamplifier: The built-in MM phono preamplifier allows direct connection to any high-level input (AUX, CD, Tape) of modern amplifiers or active speakers. A separate phono input is not required.
Pre-mounted cartridge system: The turntable comes equipped with the proven Audio-Technica AT 3600 moving magnet cartridge. The system is factory-mounted and adjusted for immediate use.
TP 71 tonearm with bayonet mount: The streamlined TP 71 tonearm features a detachable headshell. The standard SME bayonet mount facilitates quick and easy replacement and mounting of alternative cartridges.
Smooth-running belt drive: A decoupled DC motor drives the sub-platter via a precision belt. This design minimizes motor vibrations and ensures constant speeds at 33 1/3 and 45 rpm.
Aluminum die-cast platter: The mass-produced die-cast aluminum platter provides the necessary momentum for stable speed control and serves as a low-resonance base for vinyl records.
