The Nagaoka Daily Upgrade Care Set complements the regular Daily Set with a more intensive pre-cleaning stage. It was developed for vinyl enthusiasts who regularly care for their records but require a more thorough cleaning to reliably remove light to moderate soiling. Combined with the Daily Set, it creates a two-step care routine that covers both pre-treatment and daily refreshing cleaning.
Enhanced pre-cleaning for greater depth of action
The SPW-01cleaning spray is applied to one side of the record in 2–4 even bursts from a distance of approximately 5 to 10 cm. Using the WCL-111velvet brush , the liquid is then worked evenly along the groove until the entire surface is completely wetted. This step removes fine dust and light residues that accumulate during everyday use.
Now, the surface is wiped evenly dry with a CLV-30 cleaning cloth – folded several times for optimal absorbency. The cloth reliably picks up the loosened particles and optimally prepares the panel for subsequent care. The process is then repeated on the other side of the panel.
Preparation for daily care
After pre-treatment, the Nagaoka Daily Care Set is used as usual, with the 558cleansing spray applied and worked in with the CL-120velvet brush . This step-by-step application creates an effective cleaning system that removes both surface dirt and fine particles.
