The Nagaoka Daily Care Kit was specially formulated for the daily or regular cleaning of normally used vinyl records. It offers a simple yet highly effective way to reliably remove dust, fine deposits, and light soiling – ideal for vinyl enthusiasts who want to keep their collection in the best possible condition.
Gentle cleaning for everyday use
For application, the record is first placed on the non-slip Record Workmat , which provides a secure hold and prevents the record from slipping during cleaning. Then, the SP-558 cleaning spray is applied to one side of the record from a distance of approximately 15 to 20 cm in 2–3 even sprays along the groove. This cleaning mixture was developed for everyday use and allows for the quick and thorough removal of dust and light residue.
The CL-120 velvet brush is then used to carefully work the cleaning agent along the grooves. The brush's structure ensures that the mixture is evenly distributed across the entire surface of the tile and also loosens fine particles from the grooves. Wiping the brush in one direction afterwards ensures that excess product and loosened residue are quickly removed.
Finally, allow the surface to air dry briefly – a short moment is sufficient before the record is ready to play again. Then repeat the same process on the other side.

The Nagaoka Daily Care Set is the ideal complement to the manufacturer's more intensive 3-step cleaning system. While the latter is designed for heavily soiled records, the Daily Set provides continuous basic care: quick, easy, and ready to use anytime.
