We celebrate with the Rolling Stones' fourth album: 1966's AFTERMATH. The first album to consist entirely of Jagger/Richards compositions is still available today in UK and US versions. The difference: the US version is missing a few tracks due to the record company's fears that American Christians might hold back on the purchase. We have the UK version available, which is missing 'Paint it Black', but we didn't want to do without 'Mother's Little Helper' or 'Out of Time'. With AFTERMATH, the Stones were also able to artistically catch up with Lennon/McCartney or Bob Dylan. The album belongs in every good record collection.
