The Lector VM200 hybrid stereo power amplifier combines classic tube technology with modern MOSFET power, delivering an exceptionally clear and dynamic sound. Thanks to an innovative, direct-coupled circuit design without coupling capacitors, the audio signal remains pristine and rich in detail.
A streamlined signal path with only two amplifier stages – triode and pentode – ensures maximum efficiency and high sonic purity. Simultaneously, the tubes operate in pure Class A mode, precisely driving the MOSFET output stage. The deliberately low feedback contributes to a natural, open sound reproduction.
Stable performance is ensured by a sophisticated four-stage power supply with two toroidal transformers. High-quality components such as polypropylene capacitors, tantalum resistors, and DC tube heating minimize noise and guarantee consistent performance.
Even demanding loudspeakers with low impedance are driven with ease. The absence of current-limiting protection circuits allows for high energy reserves and exceptionally dynamic sound reproduction.
The VM200 impresses with its precise detail resolution, wide soundstage and pleasantly natural tuning – ideal for audiophile music lovers.
