With the Amati Folgore Limited Edition, Sonus faber presents an extraordinary masterpiece of Italian sound engineering. Developed in collaboration with Maserati, this luxurious floorstanding loudspeaker combines uncompromising audio quality with iconic design. Inspired by the Maserati GranTurismo Folgore, this limited-edition model unites state-of-the-art loudspeaker technology, exquisite materials, and unmistakable elegance at the highest level.
The striking Rame Folgore finish creates a striking visual effect with captivating light reflections. At the same time, the characteristic lute shape of the cabinet underscores the distinctive design language of Sonus faber. High-gloss wood, black leather accents, and precisely crafted aluminum details lend the speaker a luxurious presence that integrates harmoniously into exclusive living spaces.
Acoustically, the Amati Folgore is based on the renowned Amati Homage G5 platform and delivers impressively natural, detailed, and dynamic sound reproduction. The powerful 28 mm tweeter with DAD™ Arrow Point technology guarantees finely resolved highs and exceptionally precise imaging. The system is complemented by a 150 mm midrange driver with a neodymium magnet system, which reproduces voices and instruments authentically and vividly.
Two 220 mm woofers with a dual-drive motor system provide a deep, controlled bass foundation. This performance is further enhanced by the innovative Stealth Ultraflex bass reflex system, which minimizes air turbulence and enables clean, powerful bass reproduction. Thanks to the 3.5-way design with a phase-coherent crossover, a harmonious soundstage with exceptional spaciousness and precision is created.
The Amati Folgore also sets new standards in terms of sustainability. The front panel is made of ECONYL®, a high-quality recycled material already used in the seats of the Maserati GranTurismo Folgore. The matte surface, with its intricate laser processing, combines environmentally conscious design with exclusive aesthetics.
