The StormAudio ISR Fusion 20 is a sophisticated AV receiver based on the award-winning ISP Elite MK3 platform. With a total of 20 channels, 16 of which are amplified, this device offers exceptional performance and versatility. It is a combination of AV processor and integrated amplifier and goes far beyond the functions of a conventional AV receiver.

Powerful amplifier technology for outstanding sound

The power amplifiers of the 16 amplified channels use the latest Edge amplifier technology from the renowned Danish manufacturer ICE Power. These amplifiers deliver an impressively low noise and distortion rate with an output of 150 watts per channel at 8 ohms or 300 watts per channel at 4 ohms.

Due to the high configuration diversity, up to three channels can be bridged, achieving an output of 500 watts per channel at 8 ohms (six individual channels are required for three bridged channels). This enables the direct operation of particularly power-hungry loudspeakers or subwoofers without the need for additional amplifiers.

Support for the latest immersive audio formats

The StormAudio ISR Fusion 20 supports the latest immersive audio formats, including Auro-3D, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X Pro and IMAX Enhanced. With up to 20 discrete channels, it creates an impressive 3D sound experience that takes any home theater to a professional level.

A special highlight is the Dirac Live Active Room Treatment (ART) technology, which is already included in the scope of delivery. In addition, the StormAudio Expert Bass Management optimizes bass reproduction to the highest level. The combination of several subwoofers sounds more harmonious than ever before and ensures precise, powerful reproduction.

StormAudio – Dirac Live licenses included

To ensure optimal sound quality, all important Dirac Live licenses are already included. Dirac Live is a highly developed room calibration technology that optimizes audio systems and minimizes unwanted influences of room acoustics. Using specially developed algorithms and patented processes, Dirac Live achieves outstanding room correction. The user interface is intuitive so that the setup can be completed in just a few steps.

Dirac Live Room Correction (Full Range 20Hz-20kHz)

The position of speakers, walls and furniture has a significant impact on the sound distribution in the room. Dirac Live Room Correction (Full Range) corrects unwanted effects across the entire frequency spectrum from 20Hz to 20kHz. This makes finer details audible and ensures clearer reproduction.

Dirac Live Bass Control – Precise bass reproduction

The special correction of the bass range compensates for level fluctuations between different listening positions. This ensures even bass distribution throughout the room. The flexibility in placing subwoofers is significantly improved, which is particularly beneficial in living rooms. In addition, the coordination between speakers and subwoofers is optimized to ensure seamless integration.

Dirac Live Active Room Treatment (ART) – Perfect room correction

The most powerful Dirac Live technology specifically targets problematic frequencies in the room. It actively uses all installed loudspeakers to reduce reverberation, reflections and disruptive room modes. The result is unrivalled clarity and precision in sound reproduction. Although Dirac ART does not replace physical acoustic room treatment, it does offer an impressive sound improvement even under difficult conditions - for example in living room cinemas.
