Gold Note ES-78 Pickup

Conical stylus for reliable tracking

The ES-78 uses a conical diamond stylus and an aluminum cantilever. This combination enables straightforward tracking and forms the basis for the dynamic and detailed sound reproduction described by the manufacturer.

The diamond is positioned 9 mm from the mounting hole. The recommended tracking force is 2 g, while the stylus compliance is 10 × 10⁻⁶ cm/dyne.
