The STUDIOMASTER T700 Turntable BASIC is an audiophile high-end turntable that combines uncompromising sound quality with elegant design and precise engineering. Made from high-quality materials and manufactured in Germany, the T700 is aimed at discerning music lovers who want to experience their vinyl collection in true studio sound quality.
A particular highlight is the integrated MC phono preamplifier. The direct and exceptionally short connection between the cartridge and preamplifier enables exceptionally pure signal transmission – for maximum detail and a dynamic sound.
The highly precise electronic PLL speed control with contactless optical sensor ensures absolutely consistent playback. This keeps the speed exactly stable at all times – a crucial requirement for authentic vinyl sound.
The T700 also prioritizes top quality in its tonearm: High-grade metals and a lightweight carbon fiber tonearm tube ensure optimal resonance reduction and precise tracking. The tonearm lead wire is hand-soldered and directly connected to the preamplifier to minimize signal loss. The BASIC version is supplied without a cartridge, offering maximum freedom in choosing your own system.
Operation is conveniently controlled via backlit touch sensors on the elegant glass top. The high-quality overall design is complemented by a solid black POM (polyoxymethylene) platter, which requires no additional support, and a sturdy acrylic glass protective cover, which is included and can be completely removed if needed.
