The Denon DP-500BT combines classic vinyl enjoyment with modern features. This high-quality turntable offers belt drive, semi-automatic operation, an integrated phono preamplifier, and Bluetooth connectivity. Its elegant two-tone design and robust construction make it a versatile solution for vinyl enthusiasts.
Belt drive and stable construction
The belt drive of the Denon DP-500BT reduces the transmission of motor vibrations and ensures stable rotation. An aluminum die-cast platter, vibration-damping construction, and robust feet further contribute to quiet and detailed playback.
For added convenience, the semi-automatic mechanism automatically lifts the tonearm at the end of the record and stops the turntable. This protects the stylus and record from unnecessary stress.
S-shaped tonearm and flexible cartridge
The S-shaped tonearm is designed for precise tracking and is intended to reduce distortion caused by an unfavorable tracking angle. Tracking force and antiskating can be individually adjusted.
The turntable comes equipped with an MM cartridge based on the Audio-Technica AT-3600. Thanks to the universal headshell, the cartridge can be replaced if needed, and the system can be upgraded later.
Integrated phono preamplifier and Bluetooth
The switchable phono preamp allows connection to amplifiers without a dedicated phono input. Users already with an external phono stage can deactivate the integrated preamp.
Bluetooth connectivity offers even greater flexibility. The DP-500BT transmits the audio signal wirelessly to compatible speakers or headphones. In addition to SBC and AAC, the model also supports aptX, aptX HD, and aptX Adaptive.
