L-505Z – Class A/B integrated amplifier
The L-505Z marks the entry point into the new generation of the Z Series, bringing the groundbreaking LIFES amplifier feedback engine to a compact, audiophile-grade format. Building upon the expertise of the flagship L-507Z and L-509Z models, the L-505Z delivers an energetic, natural sound that gets the most out of any speaker system. With its combination of advanced signal processing, high output power, and precise control, it offers a musical experience that far surpasses its class.
Elegant display and modern casing
The large analog needle level meters with bright LED backlighting visually represent the dynamics of the music, while 7-segment LEDs indicate the volume level. The display can be conveniently switched on and off via remote control. The housing combines an ultra-thick, blasted-finish front panel with an aluminum top, ensuring both heat dissipation and visual elegance.
LIFES – Luxman Integrated Feedback Engine System
LIFES technology achieves exceptionally natural sound quality by restoring only distorted components without altering the original signal. The three-stage Darlington parallel push-pull output stage delivers 100 W at 8 ohms and 150 W at 4 ohms, ensuring a powerful and balanced sound.
LECUA – Precise volume control
Thanks to the 88-step LECUA volume control, the volume can be adjusted sensitively and evenly without affecting the sound quality.
High-capacity and stable power supply
An EI power transformer with 540 VA in combination with four 10,000 µF block capacitors ensures instant power supply, high stability and the dynamics and musicality typical of Luxman.
Parallel headphone outputs and diverse functions
In addition to the 6.3 mm output, the new 4.4 mm output with independent ground provides improved LR isolation for a more immersive listening experience. Other features include tone controls, LR balance, bi-amp control, and trigger/control interfaces for integration into existing AV systems.
Ergonomic aluminum remote control
The robust remote control conveniently controls volume, source selection and compatible Luxman CD players.
