toroidal transformer

A large toroidal transformer is used in the A-S3200 for unadulterated sound reproduction. With less flux leakage, there is no negative impact on other sensitive audio circuits. The copper wire has its origin directly in the wound core. As a result, the power loss is much lower than with other products - and the listener can feel the full emotional energy of the music.

Selection of high quality components

The high performance of music reproduction and its use in high-end home audio devices were key to the selection of high-quality capacitors that guarantee rich, pristine sound.

After undergoing an intensive forging process, the PC-Triple C speaker cable features a more linear structure that enables smooth signal transmission and thus contributes to faithful music reproduction.

Thick ground wires contribute to lower impedance

Our design concept lowers impedance, minimizing power loss while maintaining full audio signal integrity. The sound, which is true to the original, unfolds in an open, natural sound space in which listeners and artists meet.

Block capacitor with brass screws and copper connection

Brass screws and gold-plated oxygen-free copper connections on the large block capacitors contribute to extensive connection options. They also enable the additional headroom in the four large 22,000 µF capacitors, so that the open sound space can unfold.

Completely balanced circuit from input to speaker output

The fully balanced circuit of the A-S3200 has several advantages. The impressively favorable signal-to-noise ratio ensures that nothing but silence can be heard during musical pauses in tension. The design also contributes to better channel separation and thus creates a sound space in which the entire system can flourish. The listener has the feeling of not being in the same room with a CD or record, but with the artist himself.

Basic mechanical concept

A deep, rhythmic and melodic bass brings the music up close, bringing the story behind the music to life. The basic mechanical concept enables this expressive and rhythmic bass, because it is characterized by maximum robustness and the reduction of unwanted vibrations. The large power converter, blocking capacitors and heatsink are bolted directly to the frame, increasing rigidity. The feet, whose bolts are welded to the main frame, increase stability even further. Finally, annoying vibrations are also suppressed by the rigid streamlined construction of the A-S3200.

Silver plated brass feet

Finally, the heavy-duty brass feet with spikes or a scratch-resistant base plate for sensitive surfaces also increase the amplifier's rigidity. The design originally comes from our top product M/C-5000.

Special phono amplifier

The phono amplifier includes an MC preamplifier and an equalizer amplifier, each with its own structure. They make their important contribution to the rich sound with high musicality when you play records with MC or MM pickups.
