The possible applications of the MI502 are almost limitless: As a front speaker power source in a home cinema, as a drive for two wall-mounted subwoofers, or in dual use, so that both the three front channels of a home cinema and a (passive) subwoofer are driven.
With a rack-friendly height of 2U, the MI502 power amplifier can alternatively be installed in an invisible AV rack using the supplied mounting brackets. The highly efficient Class D amplification does not require (sometimes noisy) fans to maintain the rated operating temperature.
