Hear the sound - not the case. The all-aluminum Turbine Head houses the all-important Continuum midrange cone. The rigid, specially-damped enclosure eliminates unwanted resonance and is completely separate from the tweeter and bass enclosure. The result? The most realistic midrange sound ever.

Biomimetic suspension

B&W has addressed another important element of the speaker cone: the fabric spider. The advanced biomimetic suspension revolutionizes midrange performance by significantly reducing unwanted air pressure and sound coloration that conventional web spiders can produce. The result? Aluminum cover plate

The two new 800 Series Signature models feature a comprehensively optimized body with a redesigned and improved aluminum top plate that ensures even greater rigidity. A luxurious cover made of full-grain Connolly leather - in elegant blue for the color Midnight Blue Metallic, in black for cases in California Burl Gloss - adorns the surface.
