Dynavector 10XA – Top-class low-output MC cartridge

The Dynavector 10X series has delighted music lovers worldwide since 1978. With the introduction of the new 10XA moving coil (MC) cartridge in 2025, Dynavector once again sets the standard in analog music reproduction. Thanks to innovative technologies such as the "Special Magnetic Annealing" magnet circuit, a Shibata Type III diamond cut, and the combination of high and low output voltage, the 10XA offers exceptionally detailed and natural sound reproduction.

Outstanding sound quality thanks to state-of-the-art technology

The newly developed magnetic circuit with special annealing technology minimizes distortion and delivers a resonant, spatial sound with the highest resolution. The use of neodymium magnets combined with the patented Softened Magnetism technology ensures powerful dynamics without producing harsh or unpleasant sound components.

Featuring the Shibata Type III polish, the 10XA guarantees excellent high-frequency reproduction and precise tracking of the record groove. The lightweight yet extremely rigid aluminum cantilever supports optimal tracking, ensuring even complex musical passages are reproduced with detail and without distortion.

Two variants for different needs

10XA-H (High Output, 2.8 mV): Can be driven directly from MM phono inputs without the need for a step-up transformer or preamplifier. Ideal for users who want to combine the advantages of an MC system with the ease of use of an MM system.

10XA-L (Low Output, 0.5 mV): For use with step-up transformers or MC preamps. Delivers the full sonic characteristics of a classic MC system with maximum transparency.

Universal compatibility

Weighing just 7.5 g and with a compliance of 12 mm/N, the Dynavector 10XA is compatible with most common tonearms. The solid aluminum headblock also ensures maximum stability and a precise connection to the headshell.
