The MQ-88uC is the revised version of the legendary MQ-88u and is the perfect complement to the CL-38uC preamplifier. Luxman has meticulously optimized both the internal components and the design to ensure the highest levels of musicality, dynamics, and precision.
Equipped with KT88 output tubes from JJ Electronic (Slovakia) in triode mode, the MQ-88uC delivers a powerful, warm, and yet refined sound that combines classic tube tone with modern detail. The unit impresses with its ability to reproduce even complex musical passages effortlessly and with natural texture.
The dark brown finish harmonizes elegantly with wooden cabinets and underlines the timeless Luxman aesthetic, while the independent speaker terminals for 4, 8 and 16 ohms offer maximum flexibility and minimal distortion – ideal for demanding speaker systems.
